KIDV Invoice – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KIDV Invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

KIDV Invoice is a cloud-based GST invoicing software provided by KIDV Tech, Ahmedabad. The service allows Indian businesses to create GST-compliant invoices, manage customers/suppliers, track payments, and generate GST reports.

3. Subscription & Payment

KIDV Invoice offers plans of 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months
A 14-day free trial is available for new users
Payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated
License keys are non-transferable
KIDV Tech reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your invoice and business data
You must ensure your GSTIN and business information is correct
You are responsible for GST compliance and filing with the government
Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized persons

5. Limitation of Liability

KIDV Tech provides KIDV Invoice "as is". We are not responsible for any errors in GST calculations, filing, or compliance issues arising from incorrect data entered by users. Always verify your GST returns with a qualified CA.

6. Termination

KIDV Tech may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to the service will be revoked. You may export your data before account deletion.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
